The olives are worked with classical methods inherited from our ancestors. At the time of collection, they are first selected and then dipped in a solution of salt and water only; After about 5 months are reprocessed and packaged in various ways while respecting the fundamental basis of the Natural, or without any addition of any preservatives or chemical; are maintained separately in salted water. In our range, there are four varieties: BELLA DI CERIGNOLA green olives; Green Olives I; SWEET SICILIAN Green Olives; Black LECCINO.
Recommendations consummation: Our olives are great to eat as an aperitif but also as a condiment for any type of dish.
