Description: Cauliflower cream is characterized by the flavor and unmistakable of cauliflower. The cauliflower is processed from raw and then cooked in a solution of water, salt and vinegar. After being cooked is reduced to cream and add olive oil as the only preservative of the product.
Recommendations consummation: Cauliflower cream is ideal for spreading on bruschetta, crostini, out of white and red meats.
Conservation: After opening the jar it is recommended to cover the upper part with a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, so as to avoid oxidation of the product (due to the absence of preservatives in our products). Not necessarily should be kept refrigerated.
